Beth: Oh god that's even worse than not doing the readings.
I've met someone famous.
One of my 101 goals was to meet someone famous. Until today I thought I’d failed and then I remembered way back last year I met Daniel Dennett because he was doing a lecture here and we went along and met him afterwards. The gravity of this only sunk in today because we had a lecture on him in Divinity and apparently he’s a Big Thing. Last year I didn’t appreciate this.

Jeff: Why's that?
Abed: It's Sweeps Week. High-rating shows always have some big mind-blowing event in Sweeps Week to get ratings. Someone dies, or there's a natural disaster.
Jeff: Abed, for the last time, this is not one of those shows!
Abed: No, you're probably right. Some shows just have some big Oscar-winning actor make an appearance.
Jeff: This is Greendale. I doubt there's an Oscar-winning actor in the entire state, let alone one about to walk through the study room door.

So tempted to change my degree to Social Anthropology and Sociology, or just Sociology. It’s warm today. And by warm I mean I could go outside and not feel that my hands were going to drop off because I wasn’t wearing gloves. It’s a horrible combination of windy and rainy which makes for attractive hair but IT’S WARM.
